Crikey, I bugger off on my holly bags for a few weeks and come back to find that everythings changed!
I have tickets for both Glasgow shows, but I was going to miss out on the first Glasgow gig as i'm now working in Brighton that week (at the Labour Party Conference no less, i'm sure Tom would be delighted to know I was missing a gig for that...

)
I'm gutted for my fellow McRaetheists who've lost out though......

THE ODD SOLO GIG WOULD BE FANTASTIC!!!
I was at a great Justin Currie gig at Oran Mor in Glasgow a year or so ago; a large part of the gig involved JC taking requests from the fans, and battering them out on his accoustic guitar........playing classic Del Amitri track's alongside b-sides he hadn't played for years. A phenomenal gig with many happy memories - especially when JC forgot the words to a few Del Amitri classics and the crowd sang the songs as he played the guitar!!!
If you could do something like that Tom it would be fantastic!

Oh, and if you could maybe top the night of with ten encores and a photo opportunity session with the fans it would be even better

And certainly if Tom wants to play an "odd solo gig" (!) we could find him a community hall or church hall in EK.
Damn right Kaper!!! I'm sure the village theatre would oblige!!!
